Snoring Treatment
(Sleep Apnea Syndrome)
Did you know that a dentist can cure your snoring?
Many people have some kind of trouble with sleep. Snoring, insomnia, not feeling like they've had a good night's sleep...
But which department should you visit at the hospital?
Will it cure you?
Sometimes the sleeping pills you get from an internal medicine doctor can have the opposite effect. Japanese people suffer from chronic sleep deprivation. Daytime sleepiness and fatigue are actually abnormal.
Why do we snore?
Snoring occurs when the air passage from the nose to the throat, known as the upper airway, becomes narrowed for various reasons, causing the mucous membranes to vibrate and make noise, just like a draft.
Apnea occurs when the airway becomes completely blocked and you are unable to breathe.
As the airway becomes narrowed, there is naturally a lack of oxygen in the body.
This affects the function of the brain, the circulatory system, and the respiratory system.
Snoring treatment mouthpiece
When you see someone snoring loudly, it looks like they are sleeping deeply.
However, in reality, it is the exact opposite. Far from sleeping deeply, they may not be sleeping deeply enough and may not be getting enough sleep.
As a result, they may not be able to recover from fatigue or may feel sleepy during the day.
Many people who are troubled by snoring say things like, "My family hates me because I'm so noisy," or "I can't go on a trip because I'm a nuisance to others."
Many people have seen their snoring improved by using mouthpieces for snoring treatment.
After the examination, the treatment only takes 2-3 sessions .
What kind of people are prone to snoring?
Fatigue, stress, alcohol, and sleeping pills also make you more likely to snore.
Some people say that their snoring was so loud that it woke them up, but it's difficult to tell if you're snoring yourself.
We recommend that
you ask a family member, ask a friend when you're traveling, or record yourself on a tape recorder to check.

sleep apnea syndrome
When snoring becomes more severe, it can cause you to feel short of breath.
It is common among overweight middle-aged men, and in severe cases, the patient stops breathing several times a night, then starts breathing again, snoring loudly. This behavior repeats several times a night, or in severe cases, several hundred times. The period during which breathing stops can range from a few tens of seconds to as long as nearly two minutes. This disease has attracted attention as a cause of sudden death, but the true fear of this disease lies elsewhere.
There are many diseases and symptoms caused by sleep apnea syndrome, including snoring, daytime somnolence, sleep deprivation, decreased intelligence, personality changes, morning headaches, hallucinations, automatism, insomnia, arrhythmia, polycythemia, pulmonary hypertension, high blood pressure, edema, diabetes, and impotence.
